EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We offer one (1) free exchange for each order to help our customers purchase with confidence. 

All exchanges must be requested within 180 days of the purchase date. All exchange items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The subtotal of the exchange items will be deducted from the cost of replaced items.

All returns must be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date. However, approved retailers can extend the return period to 180 days. All returned items must be in clean and undamaged condition, with all original tags, labels, and packages attached.

Option 1:  EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS BY LOCAL PICKUP

For counties where we offer local delivery, we also offer FREE local pickup options for exchange/return. To return/exchange an item by local pickup, please email customer service at sales@summusint.com to obtain a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and schedule a date and time.

Option 2: EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS BY SHIPPING

To return/exchange an item by shipping, please email customer service at sales@summusint.com to obtain a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the return form provided and the item(s) securely in the original packaging and mail your return/exchange to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note
     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
     ●     Inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt of merchandise.
     ●     Report all damages, defectives, and discrepancies to Summus Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. During the inspection, do not dispose of damaged items, packing material or outer cartons. Call tags may be sent.
     ●     No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Summus. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return freight.
     ●     Undamaged or returned merchandise must be in the original cartons and cannot be pre-priced. Returns not meeting these criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return freight.
     ●     We do not recommend our products for outdoor use unless otherwise noted in our catalog. Summus is not responsible for any damage caused by the weather.
     ●     Summus containers are not waterproof. Summus is not responsible for damages due to containers filled with liquid.
     ●     Due to handcrafted techniques, colors and finishes on products may vary.
